The Barcode Verification Subscription Plan offers you regular access to barcode verification services, ensuring that your barcodes meet industry standards. This means fewer scanning errors and smoother supply chain operations, which can save your business time and money.

2. How does the subscription plan work?

Once you subscribe, you can send physical copies of your barcodes for verification. Our team will verify the quality of your barcodes and provide a detailed report.

3. Can I send digital copies of my barcodes for verification?

Yes, you can upload digital copies of your barcodes. However, we recommend sending physical copies because barcode quality might vary when only digital versions are provided. Physical copies help ensure the most accurate verification results, especially when minor details like contrast and edge clarity are critical.

4. What are the different subscription plans, and which one is right for me?

We offer five subscription plans to fit businesses of all sizes and needs:

  • Free Plan: Perfect for trying out our service, you get one (1) free barcode verification report to see how the process works before committing to a paid plan.
  • Starter Plan: This plan includes one (1) barcode verification report. Ideal for businesses that only need occasional reports. If you need more after using the free offer, you can purchase additional reports on a one-time basis.
  • Basic Plan: This plan gives you access to 12 barcode verification reports per year, with support for all symbologies (barcode types). It’s great for small to medium-sized businesses that need consistent verification.
  • Premium Plan: You get 100 reports in your first year, and 50 reports annually in subsequent years. This plan offers robust support for businesses with higher barcode volumes, along with access to all symbologies.
  • Enterprise Plan: Ideal for larger businesses, this option allows you to purchase your own barcode verifier, giving you unlimited access to verification reports. You also benefit from perks like free freight and other business-tailored features.

The best plan for you depends on the number of barcodes you need to verify and how frequently you require the service. Small businesses may find the Free or Starter Plan enough for their needs, while larger businesses or those with complex barcode management should consider the Premium or Enterprise Plan for more flexibility.

5. How quickly will I receive my barcode verification report?

For most plans, you’ll receive your barcode verification report within 24-48 hours after your barcodes are received by our team.

6. What happens if my barcode doesn’t pass verification?

If your barcode doesn’t meet the required standards, don’t worry! We’ll provide a detailed report explaining the issues and recommendations on how to fix them.

7. Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

You can cancel or upgrade your subscription by contacting our team at sales@intermax.com.au. Subscription changes cannot be made through the customer portal. However, please note that cancellations within the first 12 months of your subscription will be rejected, as per our Terms and Conditions. 

Once we process an eligible cancellation request, it will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle for monthly/annual plans.

If you need to verify more barcodes beyond what’s included in your subscription, no problem!
